Not affiliated with Strava

Stamped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc. We use Strava's public API under Strava's API agreement. Your underlying Strava account, and any data Strava holds about you, remains governed by Strava's terms and privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a Strava account in good standing to use Stamped.

Connecting your account

Stamped uses Strava's OAuth flow to connect to your account. We only request the permissions necessary to read your activity history. You can revoke our access at any time from your Strava app settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Stamped to scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract Strava data outside of what your own connected account exposes.
• Attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Use Stamped to violate Strava's terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

Data accuracy

Stamped displays your activities as Strava reports them. We don't verify, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of distances, times, locations, or any other figures. If something looks wrong, it's usually because the underlying record on Strava needs to be corrected first.

Service availability

Stamped is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any particular level of uptime, performance, or feature availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time. Strava can also rate-limit or revoke our API access at any time, in which case parts of Stamped may stop working.

Intellectual property

The Stamped name, design, and original code are owned by the operators of Stamped. The Strava name and logos are trademarks of Strava, Inc., used here solely under Strava's API brand guidelines.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamped is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Termination

You can stop using Stamped at any time by revoking access from Strava and emailing hello@getstamped.xyz for data deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or whose use puts Stamped's access to the Strava API at risk.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date and surface the change on the dashboard the next time you sign in. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
